An E-bill account will receive an e-mail notification each month after the electric bill has been processed. The e-mail notification will provide a link to a member’s online bill which is an exact copy of the paper statement.
Members that enroll in NAEC’s E-Bill program must choose a UserID and password to access their account online and provide a valid e-mail address. Members who choose to receive their bill electronically are responsible for notifying NAEC by the 10th day of the month if they have not received their electronic notification that their bill is ready for viewing.
NAEC will not be responsible for notifications that are undeliverable and it is the member’s responsibility to notify NAEC by the 20th of the preceding billing month of changes in the member’s e-mail address.
